Dear Friends / Family Members / Blog Readers / Facebook Friends / Twitter Followers / Stalkers and / or Strangers,

After much contemplation and introspection, I have decided that now is the right time for me to move on from Rally (Formally Piryx).

In 2005, I joined CDCST, a technology consulting firm, with Robert, Brian, Greg and Tom. I vividly remember my first meeting with them - it was in an apartment in not the best part of Austin, TX and our coffee didn’t come from Blue Bottle, but from the local 7-eleven (and it was amazing!). I didn’t know it then, but that moment would change my life. I immediately fell in love with the team, with their passion, and continued working with Brian and Tom until we started Piryx as equal partners in 2008 along with Jonas.

Since then, the journey for Piryx (and now Rally), has been nothing short of amazing. I have learned much about every aspect of how a startup works, and beyond that I have been able to discover myself personally and professionally in a deeply meaningful manner. Any startup that’s out to disrupt status quo will always face challenges and have to jump hurdles. We’ve had to do it more than once with Piryx - and we’ve always come out of it stronger. We are here today, because of our past. Rally’s launch was an amazing success. With Rally, we are deeply fortunate to have an amazing team, an amazing vision and the financial resources to make it come true. I see nothing but opportunities for the vision that Rally is aiming to fulfill.

This is a very personal decision, and I have decided that I am ready for my next intellectual challenge. It has been an immense pleasure and an immense honor to work alongside the most talented people in the world (internally and externally), and to call them friends.
